Extend FLStock class to include refpts and SRR

Both to have an object that includes more outputs from SS3 as loaded by ss3om, and to make it easier for ICES TAF to follow the advice of WKREF1, an extended FLStock class to contain

• refpts (FLPar)
• rec / sr (predictModel)

Methods needed

• Accessors and constructor
• plot in ggplotFL: metrics + refpts | metrics relative to refpts
• predict(SRR)

rec() could return the recruits only in those seasons where recruitment takes place, by looking at seasons in SRR params

I agree to both suggestions given recent experiences. For seasonal models it could be useful to have a horizontal cohort check function across seasons if feasible.
