Describe the requested feature

The InteractiveViewer component has great potential to become an infinite canvas. If horizontal and vertical scrollbars and a window thumbnail are added, this widget could cover a much wider range of use cases. In fact, the window thumbnail is something that developers can implement on their own, but scrollbars are really needed.
