Open Project File dialog disappears when opening 3MF from Windows Explorer

When opening a 3MF project file from Windows Explorer. Cura loads & displays the open project file dialog, but it disappears when the SidebarGUI plugin loads without user action & cannot be brought into focus. This issues also occurs with the Tabbed Settings plugin
