making-the-grades: consider splitting exercise into two exercises

I feel like `making-the-grades` is perhaps doing a bit too much in introducing both arrays _and_ vectors. I think introducing arrays first and then vectors after that might make sense. The exercises feels a bit "dense" at the moment.
