Mouse cursor needs to follow filter

The mouse cursor is one of the hardest things for users to see in a web page.

We can apply an SVG mouse cursor and follow the filter. In addition, the mouse should be hidden when it is over an area of blocked visual field.

This would be a much more accurate representation.
