I say might because I'm not sure how helpful a demo of already written tests/code is to students. What are your thoughts?

Noteworthy: this repo has an example of contract testing with Pact. I don't think we'll lean into this for our curriculum, but this might be good to keep in mind when we eventually archive this repo.
