Ellipsis is missing on various menu items in Rebuild

The ellipsis is typically used for "Save As", "Open", "About", "Show Libraries", and also would be needed for "Edit" like this:

"Save As...",
"Open...",
"About...",
"Show Libraries.."
"Edit..."

This is to show that a requester of some kind will come up. This is missing from Rebuild's menu items.

I have coded a fix for this. Defect will be closed when the updated version is released

If you wish to try out these fixes in advance of the actual release the latest codebase it's always built automatically upon commit and available here https://github.com/dmcoles/ReBuild/releases/tag/dev-build the lha will only contain the main executable though and nothing more
