README: Distant Viewing Toolkit Demo Colab notebook is unavailable

Hi,

I noticed that the Distant Viewing Toolkit Demo Google Colab link in the README is no longer available (it appears to have expired or been removed).

Specifically, the section says:

A shorted demo of the toolkit is also available in the following Google Colab notebook:

Distant Viewing Toolkit Demo: [colab]

However, the Colab notebook cannot be accessed.

Could you please update the link?
