Update Account/profile page

We need to split "Account" and "Profile/persona" sections in the user settings page. This will allow us to include a tick box that says "Make my profile public" on the profile page.

We would also need some additional fields on the profile field including:

• Job title
• Job Role
• Level of experience
• Institution

I think adding these fields as optional fields makes sense to me! You will need to:

• Add the fields to the custom User model (make sure they're optional with blank and null both True)
• Make those fields visible by adding them to the fields tuple in the UserUpdateView

Alternatively, if you want to split these into two different pages, or two separate forms on the same page, it will require a little more work and thought.
