Allow WORK_DIR to be customized

I tried setting WORK_DIR manually at the top of my bash script but it seems to be overwritten here: https://github.com/dflydev/git-subsplit/blob/master/git-subsplit.sh#L50

Is there a way around this currently?

@milesj Not currently. If you want to experiment, you can add a line like this one:

--work-dir) WORK_DIR="$1"; shift ;;

That should allow you to be able to specify --work-dir /whatever/you/want to the git subsplit command.

If you add that, try it, test it out, and it works, I'd accept a PR to allow it. I'd do it myself but I don't have the time to do it right now.
