Revise services: async written offering & pricing

Update service offerings and site copy to reflect a shift from an async video product to a written “20-Minute Async Reflection” ($75), add a 20-minute live reading ($95) and a 60-minute deep dive ($225), and adjust CTAs and Cal.com links accordingly. Changes touch content files, service pages, components, and the RSS feed: updated pricing, durations, descriptions, feature lists, CTA texts/links, grid/layout tweaks, policy language (refunds/delivery), and newsletter copy (feed.xml lastBuildDate and messaging). ServiceCard/Footer components and multiple pages (home, services, async, links, about, referral, passwords, etc.) were updated to keep UI and documentation consistent with the new offerings.
