Add CSV and assembly resolver stress tests

Introduces CsvStressAndEdgeCaseTests.cs for comprehensive CSV stress and edge case testing, including concurrency, malformed data, and large file handling. Adds test-resolver-stress.ps1 to stress test the assembly resolver under rapid and concurrent load, memory stability, and coexistence with the SqlServer module.
