Subject: [PATCH] Navigation: preserve exact domain and sampling scope in three
summaries
NAV-SCOPE-01: only Statement cells for rows #132, #150 and #155. Original source/review bytes, every other table cell and the historical cut remain unchanged. Scientific effect NONE. Delegated implementation: OpenAI/Codex nav-scope-three-cells-20261006-1338.
