The MOLE.jl Julia implementation needs the 2D interpolator operators, equivalent of `interpolCentersToFacesD2D` and `interpolFacesToCentersG2D`. These will enable a more complete set of examples, including the channel flow around a cylinder, currently available in [MATLAB/Octave](https://github.com/csrc-sdsu/mole/blob/main/examples/matlab_octave/cylinder_flow_2D.m) and [C++](https://github.com/csrc-sdsu/mole/blob/main/examples/cpp/cylinder_flow_2D.cpp)
