Does the entire cache need to be invalidated each time a component is added/removed from an entity? It seems like you could invalidate a couple of entries in the dictionary for the old composition of the entity and the new composition, or just even remove the entity from the old composition and add it to the new one. You could apply this same logic to the other portions of your code which invalidate the whole cache like adding/removing entities in general etc.
