Images under `ghcr.io/get-convex` return 404 after the org rename.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Fetch backend releases from the convex org in the e2e
 harness

The harness uses redirect: "manual" and expects a 302. The old URL now gives a 301 rename redirect, so CI fails.
