Require/Allow builds to have a version number #1

Description

@SoylentGraham

UGH has changed (~feb 27th) so instead of auto-incrementing the version of a build (1,2,3), it's now v4<unix timestamp leading to some odd version numbers (V1710420731)

Hi Graham
I've now been informed this was part of a minor update which changed the default name of the version when the field is left blank, (from v171 for example) to the version number + unix timestamp, hence the longer name. You can still use v1, v2 etc. but you would need to enter it yourself when uploading the build.

Rather than have these automatic tags come in, lets require a version string as part of the action.

This can be a git sha!
