Create and add artwork for the CoHDI project

We have a single color SVG for the project. Is it possible to create all the other resources and changes needed to create a pull request can completes all the tasks in the [pull request template](https://github.com/cncf/artwork/blob/main/.github/pull_request_template.md) @copilot?
