How to select a custom logo

I want to add m3u streams that don't have a logo, which results in all channels having the same logo.
If I chose to add a Custom Logo I get this screen, but no idea what to enter there. I've already uploaded the logos to /opt/StreamMaster/publish/wwwroot/images, hoping that they'd show up in the Logos pop up, but that apparently isnt how it works.

My question are:

• Where do I upload my custom logos to, so I can select them
• Would it be an idea to make a 'select custom logo' button, so we can browse and select either a server side, or a local filesystem logo?
• Is the above already possible, but haven't I figured out yet how to do this?

Note to self:

If I put a name in Name and an http: source in Source, then the file gets uploaded to the server and is selectable.
Am I correct to assume that the logos are stored in the database? That would mean that I have to upload all the logos that I have from the internet again. Not very userfriendly.

I'm not sure on how the "Add Custom Logo" functionality works, would have to dive into it. However there is the TV Logo Directory as documented. I believe that directory is scanned on startup and means those logos become available for selection.

Thanks for that, looks like a classic case of RTFM ;)
On my VM I found /config/, and below that the tv-logos directory.
I hadn't looked there because I didn't expect a config folder to be made in root. Thats probably because of the raw translation from docker to vm. I've also noticed that there are some scripts that need to be copied in setup. So the installation script that I shared isn't complete yet. I'll also try to move the /config directory to a more logical place like /etc/streammaster or /opt/StreamMaster.

Haha, yes. Well, the "manual" could maybe do with some work. It also highlights some potential UI/UX improvements, as docs to me can be an indication of poor UI/UX design.

I'm not 100% sure, but you might struggle with that directory change. I think a lot of places in StreamMaster are hard coded or set to look at /config. I was also surprised to see that when running StreamMaster in development that it made C:\config the path too.

Other thing is the 4 scripts used in the docker setup. I'm trying to understand what i.e. entrypoint.sh and evt.sh are for and if they play a rol in the workings of SM itself. Or are they used only once to set everything up

entrypoint.sh does a lot of set up around the directory structure, ensuring the permissions are set up as expected. It also ensures PostgreSQL is ready before start up, and handles backup/restore things.

env.sh ensures that environment variables are configured as expected. Where if an ENV is set (f.x. using Docker/Compose) that that is used or uses fallbacks.

All of this stuff could've been managed in StreamMaster code to avoid a lot of this complication in scripts.
