docs: link the versioning page from the short answer

Version 1.0.5 kept the limits of version 1.0 only on
docs/versioning.md, but missed one sentence: the short answer in
docs/virtual-actors.md still said that 1.0 makes no claim of measured
scale. The sentence wrapped across two lines, so the line-based search
did not find it. It now links the versioning page, like the other
pages. The fix ships with the next release.
