2. Folder and set up: There was confusion about data download. I think asking everyone at the beginning of the course to create folders and download the data may help.

3. Code reformat: After chaining operations, I believe that all the code in the materials needs to be reformatted as chained operations.

4. Day2 morning is overloaded: The morning session is currently overloaded with material, and it may be beneficial to relocate the grouped operations section to the afternoon. In the recent Sanger iteration, I moved the grouped operations section to afternoon without a problem.
