Preserve Next Service connections when importing a service suite

I WANT to import and export service suites without losing valid Next Service connections
SO THAT service suites can be moved between environments without manual rewiring.

Description

After importing a service suite, Next Service links can appear unavailable even when their target services are included in the import or already exist in the service listing. This forces service designers to manually reconnect valid service links.

Acceptance criteria

• Importing a service suite retains and restores every Next Service connection where both linked services are included in the import.
• A Next Service connection to a target already available in the current service listing is restored and available after import.
• Restored Next Service connections are visible and available on the imported service canvas.
• The service designer does not need to manually recreate restored connections.
• A service suite with unavailable Next Service targets can still be imported.
• Each unavailable Next Service node retains its original referenced service name after import.
• If a referenced target is unavailable in both the import and current service listing, the Next Service node is greyed out.
• Exporting and then importing a service suite preserves its Next Service references, so available targets are restored without manual rewiring.
