[BUG] Result count on Services page resets to 10 after page refresh

Description:
On the Sources page, changing the "Result count" (per-page) selector to a higher value is not persisted. After a page refresh the value reverts to the default of 10.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Services overview (services/overview)
2. At the bottom, change "Result count" from 10 to 30
3. Refresh the page (F5)

Expected behavior:
The selected page size (30) is preserved after refresh.

Actual behavior:
The page size resets to 10.

@sherifbai Currently i added a simple fix to save it to browser local storage, so its not bound by user, its bound by browser, the reason behind this is that if we want to do it properly then we need to store it bound to user preference in data base and unify it across all tables in burokratt not just service module

Currently the local storage fix will suffice in the scope of the given bug
But in the scope of #1154 this implementation has to be further discussed
