[BUG] Analytics of Feedback: “Conversations with negative feedback” metric excludes chats with 6/10 rating

Bug description:
The “Conversations with negative feedback” metric on page /analytics/feedback should include conversations with feedback scores from 0 to 6 out of 10. However, the chats table appears to include only conversations with scores from 0 to 5, while conversations with a score of 6/10 are missing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to page /chat/history.
2. Set from-to dates to e.g. 30.07.2026 and filter out chats that are not marked as TEST.
3. Scroll the table to see and make sure that chats with 6/10 rating exist.
4. Navigate to page /analytics/feedback.
5. Select the same date (e.g. 30.07.2026) and click on metric "Conversations with negative feedback".
6. Scroll the table to see if chats with 6/10 rating exist.

Expected behavior:
The chats table should include all conversations with negative feedback scores from 0 to 6 out of 10, including conversations rated 6/10.
