[BUG] Analytics → Overview: the values of "Bürokratt answered" and "CSA answered" ​​are in exchange

Bug description:
If you compare the pie chart values ("Only Bürokratt involved" and "CSA involved") of "Total number of chats" metric to the "Bürokratt answered" and "CSA answered" KPI card values, they do not match up (they are in exchange).

NB! Are the values calculated exactly the same on both pages? "Only Bürokratt involved" and "CSA answered" line up exactly (52.5), however "CSA involved" and "Bürokratt answered" are slightly different (47.5 vs 47.4)...

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to page /analytics/chats.
2. Select "Today", "Total number of chats", and "Pie Chart".
3. Keep the values in mind.
4. Navigate to page /analytics/overview.
5. Select today's date range.
6. See the values of "Bürokratt answered" and "CSA answered" KPI card.
7. Compare the results.
