Consider replacing `open` with `tiny-open`

tiny-open is a 0-dependency library for opening files and URLs. I think given that this plugin only cares about opening URLs in the browser, the extra edge cases that open handles like WSL and containers aren't worth the extra 11 dependencies it installs.

I'd be happy to contribute a PR for this.

Thanks for taking interest in my suggestion. I actually assumed tiny-open didn't support WSL because it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the README, but taking a look at its source code it appears that it does!

happy to open it as a PR if its the direction you're happy with @btd. otherwise maybe its useful as reference for however this does progress
