Adjust timing of UIStatusBar animation when interactively dismissing a view controller

Currently, the UIStatusBar starts its appearance animation when the interactive pop is started and if cancelled, will reappear non-animated. We should adjust the timing of the animation so that it starts once the interactive pop finishes
