osx-arm64 file not working on Mac Mini M4

I've installed Angor-0.2.6-osx-arm64.dmg and Angor-0.2.5-osx-arm64.dmg on my Mac Mini M4 after verifying the checksum.
I've also removed the quarantine label from the file. But when I try to run it, it says: "You can't open the application 'Angor' because it may be damaged or incomplete."
