Subject: [PATCH] Raise the version to 0.0.2 so the channel can carry this
 description

The published ros-jazzy-lite-description is 0.0.1 and so is this tree, and
Berkeley-Humanoids-Buildfarm uploads with --skip-existing, so every change
since that build has been a silent no-op. The package on the channel is
far behind: it still declares the use_fake_hardware, use_sim and mode
arguments that #16 replaced with use_mock_hardware and sim_mujoco. Any
consumer that installs it from the channel fails at xacro expansion,
because every bring-up passes the new names.

deps/lite_description/pixi.toml in the buildfarm asks for exactly this:
"Our fork. Raise its package.xml version when you patch it."
