Thank you @bbushnell for quickbin! In using the tool, I see that it necessarily relies on SAM files as input for coverage. Would it be possible to add support for previously generated depths via jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths? It would also be super useful if you could provide an overview of how the cov.txt files are formatted as exemplified in https://bbmap.org/tools/quickbin. This so that in the mean time one could adapt those outputs to what quickbin needs to see to run properly.
