Pull in and update the rose_playground notebooks into the official repo and documentation

The playground lives here: https://github.com/bandframework/ROSE_playground

Perhaps we should simply subsume this into the official repo entirely and deprecate/delete the playground. Thoughts?

I think the playground existed as a place to mess with code before ROSE 1.0.0. Correct me if I am wrong.. @pabggpnMSU, @outra-banda are the relevant users for the playground. If they agree, it'd be good to start using the most updated versions of the code and deprecate the ROSE_playground.
