Call Blocking & Identification Crashing when rearranging Live Caller ID Lookup Providers

When the call blocking and identification providers are rearranged, the settings app crashes immediately. I am on iOS 26.6 and I am still having this issue when older iOS versions did not have this issue.

Rearranging the standard call blocking providers does not result in a crash.

Please try to reproduce it with the latest iOS 27 beta.
If you are able to reproduce it, please use the feedback assistant to report the problem and gather system diagnostics.

I would like to wait for iOS 27 to be generally available to test it but I did reproduce it and use the feedback assistant on iOS 26 with feedback ID FB24226735.
