[Feature Request] Add model selector, small/big model downloads, and Always Offroad to carrot-egpu

Hello CarrotPilot team,

Thank you for developing and maintaining the carrot-egpu branch.

Could you please add a driving model selector similar to sunnypilot's implementation to the carrot-egpu branch?

Requested features

1. Driving model selector

Please add a settings interface that allows users to:

• View available driving models
• Select the active driving model
• See the currently active model
• View model download and installation status
• Switch models without manually replacing model files

2. Small and big model downloads

Since carrot-egpu can use an external GPU, please support downloading and managing both model types:

• Small models for the device/local Qualcomm hardware
• Big models for the external GPU
• Separate selection and download status for each model type
• Download progress, cancellation, verification, and failure reporting
• Safe fallback to the small model if the big model is unavailable or fails to load

Ideally, users should be able to independently select a small model and a big model.

3. Enable Always Offroad button

Please also add an Enable Always Offroad button to the Device settings, similar to sunnypilot.

This would allow users to keep the device in offroad mode while configuring, downloading, or switching models without repeatedly turning off the vehicle.

Suggested acceptance criteria

• Model selector is available in the carrot-egpu settings UI
• Small and big models can be browsed and downloaded separately
• Download progress and errors are displayed
• The selected small and big models persist after reboot
• Big-model failure safely falls back to the selected small model
• Users can cancel or retry model downloads
• An Enable Always Offroad button is available in Device settings
• Existing carrot-egpu behavior remains unchanged when these features are not used

These features would make testing and managing eGPU models much easier. I would be happy to help test the implementation if needed.
