Subject: [PATCH] Update CoreSync to v1.0.1

CoreSync 1.0.1 synchronizes SQL Server tinyint and time columns (and the
PostgreSQL and MySQL equivalents) without changing the wire format. It also
includes the SQLite RemoveProvisionAsync fix and the HTTP 410 signal for
aged-out sync anchors.
