Remove redundant spec tests (#8533)

These tests are all present and more up to date in the testsuite/
directory. In addition, none of these tests are [skipped from the
upstream](https://github.com/WebAssembly/binaryen/blob/3c4012f19ed945470b62dda08b22e02b81f1c454/scripts/test/shared.py#L410).
Manually checked the diff to confirm, and checking the diff summary
confirms that the upstream tests are similar and more up to date:
