Subject: [PATCH] chore(dist): remove js/ from export-ignore so git archive
 includes source

Consumers that webpack-bundle AccessControl need the raw JSX source.
The archive.exclude in composer.json was already updated in v1.2.2;
this removes the matching export-ignore line from .gitattributes which
is what GitHub actually uses when building tag ZIPs via git archive.
