I am guessing the following apps are prerequisites, but this is not enforced causing site creation failures.

• frappe/erpnext
• frappe/hrms
• frappe/education
• frappe/erpnext
• chromonav/chatnext
  There might be more?

I am able to create a bench with just framework v15 and edu_quality. But site creating is causing issues.

Hi @vg, thanks for flagging this!

You're right that the prerequisites aren't documented or enforced right now. We'll go through the dependencies, confirm which apps are actually required, and fix this so site creation doesn't fail on a fresh bench.

Part of the issue is that some of these imports are only needed by specific features, so not all of the apps listed may be genuine hard dependencies. If you're interested, contributions towards lazy loading those imports (or guarding the optional ones) and trimming the list down to what's really required would be very welcome.
