Description
Users not participating in any chess matches can bet on the outcome of a given battle. When a match is created, a betting phase duration is specified. This gives wagering parties a certain window of time to place their bets. Wagerers can bet any amount of CTSI on these given states draw, player1_wins, player2_wins. A total pot is built up and is dristributed evenly amongst the contributors of the winning state.
