Reloaded Discover twice; 580 stays only there.

Why it matters

One desk, one catalog, two live counts. The operator cannot tell which figure is current, and Discover looks stale while the rest of the shell moved.

Proposed direction (not a spec)

Point Discover, System, radar, and the sidebar at one catalog count (or label Discover if it is a filtered “in view” subset). Honesty / copy / count source only. Do not add a spend path.

After Refresh catalogs, Discover Live markets still disagrees with the rest of the desk on one snapshot: Discover 4189 vs sidebar / System / Radar 4229. Same class as the original 580 vs 600 (and the hydration flash at 0). Not a second issue.
