How to mute or unmute the microphone which stream is running?

It would be streamer.audioInput.isMuted = true/false.
If you are not instered at all by th audio, you could use video only single streamer.

i am using this library in flutter and was using ISingleStreamer which doesn't supports audioInput.isMuted, so is there any diff. in ISingleStreamer and SingleStreamer?

SingleStreamer is the implementation of the ISingleStreamer interface.

What flutter package do you depends on? What is the StreamPack version (maybe it is not up-to-date)?

I am using 3.0.0-RC3 version and using flutter camera plugin to live stream camera preview with an overlay on it.
