Inconsistent behaviour when enqueueing video in long partially loaded list

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Play a playlist in the background (the playlist I used is 250 videos long) but avoid scrolling down in the queue itself.
2. Enqueue one additional video.

Actual behavior

If you scroll down in your queue the additional video will appear at the point where more videos in the queue are loaded. If you already scrolled down in the queue and loaded all the videos before enqueueing the new video, it will appear at the bottom.

Expected behavior

The new video always appears at the bottom of the queue.
