The text cuts off in chapters view in landscape mode

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open a video with chapters
tap to see all chapters(while in landscape mode)
if any chapter title is long, it takes up more space, and the text of timestamp cuts off at the bottom

Actual behavior

the timestamp is cut off because of not enough space

Expected behavior

there is enough space to see timestamp, newpipe just wastes that space

happens in every device I have Pixel 5, Samsung Galaxy S9, S21 Ultra

its not dependent on device or android, just font size

Still reproducible in 0.28.1
