Can't jump back in time with ccc livestreams

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open an currently running livestream after the beginning
Try to go back to the beginning of the stream by moving the slider to the left

Actual behaviour

It jumps back to the current point in time

Expected behavior

It goes back to the beginning or middle of the session and plays from there.

What is difference from an issue of playback of livestreams is limited to several seconds?
