background player wrong tempo

Steps to reproduce:

-2. Start playback, change tempo
-1. Make sure the tempo above will be used next time after restart
0. Close NewPipe

1. Start some track to playing in the background
2. Tap the notification to open Background player

Can confirm this, will be fixed (sorry for the strange wording) I will take care of this after #2907 is merged

It seems to me it is already fixed?
