Feature description

Provide Fast Forward Silence padding in milliseconds, so that the dialogues don't get trimmed too close.

Why do you want this feature?

Fast Forwarding the silent sections is an amazing feature. But in it's current form, trims the silent sections very aggressively. So much so that the initial ends of the speech dialogues sound trimmed. Having a slight padding around the ends of the trims, such as 30-50 ms, would help.

A fix was submitted in #12530, but never taken up.
