[Peertube] Audio stops working when sending video to Pop-up

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open peertube Video (test video https://tube.funfacts.de/videos/watch/3b923907-c0bd-420a-af44-edd583671600)
2. It starts playing (including Audio)
3. send it to Pop-up (Audio stops but video keeps playing)
4. Restart video in app (Audio keeps not working)

• This is persistent across restarts for this video only (after killing newpipe and clearing cache)
• Download ui shows crosses out audio symbol beside each resolution
• Klicking "Backgroud" restarts audio

Expected behavior

Audio should work normally, just as in youtube videos

Actual behavior

audio stops and cannot be restored.

I can reproduce. (On the funfacts instance)
For me it never works, when i jump anywhere in the video. Double taping works, but not dragging the timline. It has no audio when it is partally whatched and started at this point too.
