Feature description

Add the FreeDroidWarn library to NewPipe. It will notify users about Google's new "developer verification" restrictions (see the GitHub repo page for details).

Why do you want this feature?

It will help spread awareness about Google's new restrictions that no one likes.

We have already merged a pull request #13282 that does this without using the library, so I don't think this will be needed
