Video restore playback position not working

Steps to reproduce the bug

With "Resume playback (restore last playback position)" enabled in settings:

1. Start playing a video
2. Go well past the start
3. Close the video, note playback position is saved and displayed
4. Reopen the video
5. Press play

Expected behavior

When "play" is pressed, the video will play from the saved playback position

Actual behavior

The video starts from the beginning instead of the displayed resume position
