Resume video not working after closing

Steps to reproduce the bug

Watch a video for a few minutes
Open history
Open the video you just watched
Video starts from the beginning and not from the timestamp

Expected behavior

The video should start where i stopped watching the last time

Actual behavior

Since the update 0.28.2, a video I stopped watching shows up in the history with the red progress bar, but after clicking it jumps back to the start of the video
