Smart Subscriptions update, huge speed up

Feature description

When updating vids in subscription:
could we check channels first which had fresh content?

ie leaving dead/old channels to very last

Why do you want this feature?

(I have 500+ channels, and it takes ages to get the daily 5new video to show up)

Also start displaying new videos asap, to have something to watch, while it finishes refresh in the background (which takes minutes)
